REVIS founder Stuart Greenburg is a Real Estate professional with over 35 years in the real estate business, including owning, managing, inspection and repairs. He started this business after some of the properties he owned out of state were found to be severely damaged by the tenants. He didn’t have the ability to regularly inspect them and didn’t want to pay the high fees associated with having a management company. We want to make sure this doesn’t happen to you!

We are here to help property owners inspect their property without having to be there, whether they can’t, don’t have time, or have too many properties to manage. We take video of apartments, condominiums, single-family homes, estates, commercial properties, student housing, vacation homes, Airbnb/VRBO property, long-term rentals or other real estate, including vacant land. This allows the landlord, property owner or manager to see the condition of their property. REVIS offers professional video inspections for rental properties before move-in and after move-out, helping landlords and tenants document property condition, prevent disputes, support deposit claims, and protect their investment with clear, time stamped visual evidence. We also inspect currently occupied properties to make sure tenants are keeping your property in good condition and not violating any of your rules (i.e., having a pet where not allowed, painting when not allowed, smoking in units when not allowed, etc.)
We also do videos that can be used for insurance purposes when the property has been vandalized, damaged, flooded, etc.
We are currently providing services throughout Los Angeles County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County.

This inspection features a single-family residence and captures both the indoor areas. and outdoor spaces, such asthe garden, garage, fencing, and external fixtures. The comprehensive visual coverage ensures the entire property is documented, giving the homeowner confidence that all assets are protected and easily verifiable during an insurance claim.
Our rates are extremely reasonable
- For single-family homes, the price is $295 for up to a 1500 square-foot home (this does include detached town homes), which does include the exterior but not the roof. Attached garages are included, but detached garages, pool houses or any other detached structures will be extra, depending upon how many structures and the square footage. Each additional increment up to 500 square feet will be an additional $50. For example, an 1800 square-foot home with a detached garage would be $370, which includes the $50 extra square-footage charge and $25 extra for the garage.
- For apartments 1200 square feet and less, we charge $195, interior only, but will include balconies. Garages will be $25 extra. Each additional increment up to 500 square feet will be an additional $50. For example, a 1600 square-foot unit would be $245. If it had a detached garage, it would be $270.
- Video shipping rate: Those who want a flash drive can request 2-day delivery nationally for an additional $30. We will store all videos for 30 days.
